University Park is the northern half of the Park Cities, around Southern Methodist University and Snider Plaza, and about two and a half miles from our Highland Park office. It is a city of family homes on regular blocks, many of them rebuilt or enlarged in recent decades, with garages that work hard — school runs, practices and deliveries all day.
